Tells the story of a girl (Emily) just arrived from Miami who want to aspire to as a professional dancer, the way the story of the girl falls in love with a boy named Sean.
Sean is a member of an association of dance dance "The Mob".
When a rich businessman plans to develop a historic place for the collection and should relocate thousands of people then Emily and Sean worked together to protest the plan.
Can they reach his goal?
